How onboarding works
A clear sequence of steps so you know what happens after you place an order, when your kit arrives, and how to get the most from the training materials included with it.
Step 1 - Day of order
Step 2 - Within 48 hours
Step 3 - Delivery day
Step 4 - First week
Step 5 - Ongoing
From your first question to a ready-to-use first aid kit, the process stays simple and transparent. You decide how much guidance you need, and we keep every step practical.
Step 01
You share the basics: how many people live at home, whether you have young children or older relatives, and what kind of situations worry you most. This takes about five minutes and shapes everything that follows.
Step 02
Pick a complete kit from the catalog or assemble a custom set based on your household profile. Each option lists every item with its purpose, so you know exactly what you are getting and why it matters.
Step 03
Every order includes a printed quick-reference guide with clear drawings of the essential gestures: pressure on a wound, recovery position, and how to use the items in your kit. No jargon, just steps you can follow under stress.
Step 04
Once your kit arrives, you get access to a live 45-minute session where an instructor walks through the same gestures from the guide. You can ask questions and practice along at home with your own equipment.
Step 05
We send a simple reminder twice a year to check expiration dates and replace used items. You can order refills directly from your account, and the guide includes a checklist so nothing gets overlooked.
Step 06
If a question comes up later, you can reach us by phone or email. We also keep a small library of short videos covering common scenarios, from choking to burns, so you can refresh your memory anytime.
