What the service actually covers

A practical breakdown of the formats, tools, and follow-up you get when you prepare your household with us.

Home kit composition review

We go through your existing first aid supplies item by item, check expiry dates, and flag what is missing for common domestic accidents: burns, cuts, sprains, and choking. You get a clear list of what to keep, what to replace, and what to add.

Hands-on online workshop

A 90-minute live session where we practice the recovery position, chest compressions, and how to use a household defibrillator. No theory overload. You follow along with your own kit or a simple towel, and we correct your technique in real time.

Illustrated family guide

A printed-style PDF with step-by-step drawings for each gesture we teach. It is designed to be left on the kitchen counter, not stored in a drawer. Each page covers one scenario, so a child or a guest can find the right action fast.

Car and travel kit check

We review what belongs in a vehicle kit, from a basic wound dressing set to a thermal blanket and a whistle. You receive a tailored packing list based on your usual routes and how many people travel with you.

Quarterly restock reminder

Every three months, we send a short checklist of items that tend to expire or run out: adhesive bandages, antiseptic wipes, and replacement gel pads for defibrillators. You decide what to reorder, no automatic charges.

Direct line for questions

After your workshop, you can email us with follow-up questions about a specific injury or a product you are unsure about. We answer within two working days with a concrete recommendation, not a generic reply.
