Ongoing Support Package
Once your home first aid kit is assembled and your family has completed a basic training session, the next question is usually about keeping everything current. Supplies expire, guidelines change, and skills fade without practice. The Ongoing Support Package exists to close that gap.
This is not a one-time delivery. It is a standing arrangement where we review your kit's contents on a regular schedule, replace items that are nearing their expiry date, and send short refresher notes that match the level of training your household has completed. If a new guideline is published by the resuscitation council, you receive a plain-language summary that explains what changed and whether it affects your routine.
The package also includes a yearly check-in call with one of our instructors. During that call we walk through your kit together, discuss any incidents that happened during the year, and adjust your supplies based on what you actually used. A kit that sits untouched for twelve months is very different from one that was opened during a real emergency, and the contents should reflect that.
For families with children, we include age-appropriate practice prompts that turn a five-minute review into a small drill. For households with elderly members, we adjust the checklist to cover mobility considerations and medication storage. The goal is not to add paperwork to your life, but to make sure the preparation you already invested in stays reliable.
You can start the package at any point after purchasing a kit or completing a workshop. There is no minimum commitment, and you can pause or cancel with a single message. What you keep is the habit of checking your kit regularly, which is the part that matters most.
If you are still deciding between the Starter Service Kit and a more guided approach, the Guided Setup Option covers the initial assembly. The Ongoing Support Package is the follow-up that keeps that work from going stale.
